Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns on opened or used items. However, if your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will make it right.
To request a replacement or refund, please email us or send a message with:

• A description of the issue
• Photos (if applicable)
If approved, we will offer a replacement, store credit, or refund depending on the situation.
For unopened and unused items, return requests may be accepted within 14 days of purchase. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was received damaged or incorrect.
